Online Banking Information

  • Registering for FREE Online Banking - From our Home Page, click on the "First Time Users" link to register for Online Banking.   This will take you to our Online Banking application.  Make sure that you have all the account numbers available that you wish to access with Online Banking as well as your driver's license.  You will be able to access your accounts within 1 - 3 business days of approval.

  • Registering for Bill Payment and Presentment - Once you have registered for Online Banking you may be eligible for Bill Payment and Presentment.  Call either of our offices today to apply for BillPay-e Plus. 

  • Live Support Line During and After Business Hours - Online Banking/Bill Payment support is available Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.  Please call (270)-542-4185 or (270)-725-9999 for assistance during these hours.  After hours support is available only for BillPay-e Plus customers Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. CST.  Please call 1-877-434-4729 for after hours support.

  • User ID - The first time you login to Online Banking you will create your own unique user ID.  User ID's must be 6 - 20 alpha and/or numeric characters in length and are case sensitive.  If at any time you forget your User ID, you can use the "forgot user name" link on the login page to retrieve your User ID.

  • Passwords - Passwords are a minimum of 8 characters which must contain 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 numeric character, and 1 special character such as #, @, ! or $.  Please keep your passwords in a secure location.  For security reasons, you will be prompted to change your password every 90 days.  At any time, if you wish to change your password, you may do so within the Online Banking system under "Settings".  Auburn Banking Company employees do not have access to your password.

  • Invite Answer - Auburn Banking Company will send an email to you upon approval of your Online Banking application.  The email will provide you with a link to click on and will allow you to enter your Invite Answer.  The Invite Answer will be your last name plus the last 4 digits of your social security number. 

  • Lock Outs - Should you become locked out of the system, to reset yourself your pre-chosen Challenge Question for Enhanced Login Security will unlock your account. If you cannot remember your answer/question, please call (270) 542-4185 during regular business hours.  If you are locked out after hours you will have to wait until the bank reopens to call during normal business hours Monday - Friday.  You will be locked out after 3 failed login attempts.

  • Online Security - The Online Banking system uses 128-bit encryption which is the highest available to secure your information.  Keeping your specific User ID and Password is important to maintain security as well.  When you first login to the system it will display when your last login date occured.  If you feel like your online account has been accessed without your knowledge, change your password at once and notify us immediately.
